Once a full-time teacher, Jessica’s life transformed when she discovered the power of conscious connected breath. Through her own healing journey releasing ancestral wounds, reconnecting with Spirit, and embracing love as her compass, she now guides others through deep, transformative breathwork to reclaim wholeness, sovereignty and joy.

As I deepened my bond with the Earth and the rhythm of my breath, plants and fungi revealed themselves as wise guides, offering medicine, lessons and remembrance. I now share these allies, primarily through the breath, opening space for healing and reconnection.
